PROLINE LIFETIME WARRANTY

PROLINE BILLIARD FACTORY, LLC ("Proline") warrants its billiard tables ("Products") against defects in material or workmanship. Proline, in its sole discretion, will either repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective. Any Products sold or used for commercial purposes are excluded from this warranty. This Lifetime Warranty is subject only to the limitations as set forth below:

• This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable, applies only to the initial purchaser ("Owner") of the Product from Proline or a Proline Authorized Dealer or Agent, and can only be enforced by the Owner. This warranty becomes effective only upon receipt by Proline of the fully completed warranty registration card from the Owner. The Owner must register his or her ownership with Proline within 90 days of purchase for this warranty to be effective.
• Any claim under this Lifetime Warranty must be made through Proline or its Authorized Dealer or Agent.
• The Lifetime Warranty is void if the product is not installed and serviced by Proline or its Authorized Dealer or Agent.
• Products or parts of Products ("Parts") returned for a warranty claim shall be shipped by conventional surface freight to Proline’s Factory or Authorized Dealer or Agent pre-paid by the Owner. If the Product or Parts are determined by Proline, in its sole discretion, to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced, at Proline’s sole discretion, by conventional surface freight carrier pre-paid by Proline. The cost of shipping the Product or Parts to Proline as provided herein shall also be reimbursed to the Owner. The labor cost for removing or replacing the Part shall be paid by Proline or its Authorized Dealer or Agent.
• The Lifetime Warranty does not cover cloth, pockets, and play package. These items come with a Limited one-year warranty.
• Rail cushions have a Lifetime Warranty as follows: within five years from the date of sale, the rail cushion warranty will cover labor and the replacement of defective components or material and the cost of shipping by conventional surface freight carrier to Proline’s Factory or its Authorized Dealer or Agent. After the five-year period, this warranty will cover only the replacement of defective components or material and the Owner will be responsible for the cost of shipping to Proline and labor.
• Repairs or replacement of any defective Parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product. This Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire billiard, pocket billiard or snooker table.
• This warranty does not include a replacement table or "loaner" during the period that the table is defective or while the table is being repaired.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR USAGE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Proline neither assumes nor authorizes any persons to assume for Proline any other obligation or liability in connection with the Products. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, none of the above warranties apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, alteration, neglect, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural calamity.
